Social Employment Desk

Our goal is to recruit 60 excluded youth between 15 and 21 years old per year. These youths are selected based on an admission and motivation test. We aim to place them externally, for example as cleaners, office assistants, or skilled workers.

Furthermore, both personal and family guidance is provided in the form of a mentor, even after placement. These mentors share responsibility for monitoring and guiding the students through individual sessions, parent meetings, and visits to the workplace and/or training site.
