What we do

The objective of Vialisa is to support excluded youth between 15 and 21 years old by:

Providing practical vocational training to youths aged between 15 and 21 to increase their chances in the job market;

Place them with companies that do not exploit them or assign them to hazardous work;

Providing them with a mentor whom they can consult for career guidanc;

Conducting medical examinations and assist them with medical issues;

Offering budget guidance and teach them how to save for emergencies;

Supporting them with mediation in issues at home and/or with the employer.
